My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred principles, strengths-based practice, and a focus on building practical coping skills. I am interested in supporting clients with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, social challenges, family stress, self-confidence, and life transitions. I believe meaningful growth begins with trust, safety, and connection. When working with clients, I focus on meeting them where they are, helping them express themselves, and supporting them as they build skills that can be used in everyday life.
